Our Function room has the flexibility to cater for any occasion, a perfect venue, whether it is a special birthday, christening, wedding, or funeral, with our wide selection of buffets and menus we can tailor the buffet to match your needs, and to exceed your expectations.

The Lodge can deliver the ideal setting for those doing business on the Wirral and Merseyside. Please call us to discuss your needs.

We host all types of family events including:

Our function room can accommodate up to 40 seated guests or up to 70 buffet guests. We offer a selection of delicious cream teas and high teas or we offer a selection of hot & cold buffets.

The Room will be exclusively yours for the time you are with us and you are assured that our team will make your day the best. We leave nothing to chance and follow your instructions fully.

FREE PARKING

We have ample parking and are only minutes away from the town centre and Oxton village.

 

Local Sporting Events

PAYMENT FOR YOUR EVENT

Payment of accounts are to be completed and paid for seven days prior to the function based on final numbers agreed on that day. Any extras can be settled on the day of the function. 

All bookings are provisional and held for seven days. After this, a deposit of £150 for your event is payable when the booking is confirmed. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. 

Costs: Every care is taken to ensure accuracy, however, costs quoted are subject to change. The Shrewsbury Lodge reserves the right to make changes (Terms & Conditions apply). 

Room hire charge may apply depending on the number of persons attending the function. 

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to all party booking over 8 or more. 

Should you cancel your confirmed booking less than three months prior to the date of function; the full cost will be charged.
